C4T Wallet is owned and operated by Adnessy SAS (D-U-N-S® 27-391-5390), which acts as the data controller for this application.

C4T Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet dedicated to portfolio management, swaps, funding and access to trading-related services. C4T Wallet does not take custody of your blockchain assets.

Swap, funding and perpetual trading services accessible through the application are provided by independent third-party providers and are not operated, guaranteed or controlled by C4T Wallet or Adnessy SAS.

Your recovery phrase, derived private keys, passcode protection state and biometric unlock preferences are intended to remain on your device and under your control. If you lose access to your recovery phrase, C4T Wallet may not be able to recover your wallet on your behalf.

Depending on your use of the application, we may process the following categories of information:

• Wallet addresses and chain information, including EVM, Solana, Bitcoin and Tron addresses associated with your profile.
• Transaction and activity history (sends, receives, swaps, bridges, approvals and on-ramp purchases) used to display your activity.
• Device push notification tokens, if notifications are enabled, so we can send deposit or activity alerts.
• Technical request data sent to the backend or third-party infrastructure: IP address, device metadata, application identifiers, network requests and service logs.
• On-ramp session details and order metadata when you use card purchases through a third-party provider such as Transak.

Important note: C4T Wallet is designed so that your recovery phrase and the passcode-protected wallet secret are stored locally on your device through the device storage protections. They are not intended to be stored in plaintext in our backend.

When you use features that rely on third-party infrastructure, certain data may be transmitted directly or indirectly to those providers in order to execute the requested action.

• Blockchain RPC, balance and price providers such as Alchemy.
• Solana infrastructure providers such as Helius, where applicable.
• Bitcoin blockchain data providers such as Blockstream.
• Tron infrastructure providers such as TronGrid or compatible services.
• Wallet connectivity providers such as Reown and WalletConnect.
• Routing, swap and bridge providers such as LI.FI.
• Card purchase and fiat on-ramp providers such as Transak.
• Push notification infrastructure such as Expo Push Services, if notifications are enabled.

• Create and display your wallet profile and receiving addresses by chain.
• Display balances, token lists, activity history and wallet information.
• Prepare, route, broadcast and track transactions you request.
• Support swap, bridge and trading access journeys.
• Send deposit or activity notifications if enabled.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, fix bugs and improve performance.
• Comply with legal obligations, security requirements or legitimate requests.

C4T Wallet may request access to the following device features:

• Camera access to scan QR codes (wallet addresses or payment destinations).
• Biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint or equivalent method) to unlock the application faster.
• Notification permissions if you enable wallet alerts.

Blockchain networks are public by design. If you send, receive, approve, swap, bridge or interact on-chain, the associated transaction data, addresses, amounts and metadata may remain permanently visible on the relevant blockchain and on public block explorers.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data:

• With infrastructure providers and partners necessary to operate the wallet.
• With on-ramp, routing or connectivity partners when you use those features.
• When required for legal compliance, fraud prevention or protection of users and services.

Local wallet secrets remain stored on your device until you delete the application, reset the wallet or clear the relevant storage. Backend operational records (address mappings, transaction histories, routing activity, notification tokens and associated logs) may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the operation, security, support or legal compliance of the service.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect service data. However, no method of storage, transmission or blockchain interaction is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, your passcode and your recovery phrase.

• You can refuse camera, biometric or notification permissions, although some features may then be limited.
• You can reset the application and restore your wallet with your recovery phrase.
• You can disable biometric unlock in the application.
• You can request deletion of backend-associated data by contacting us.

To request deletion of service data associated with your wallet addresses or notification tokens, contact contact@c4twallet.com. Please include enough information to identify the address or device record concerned. Deletion of local data can also be done by uninstalling the application or using the built-in reset tools, but this does not automatically delete all backend records.

C4T Wallet is not intended for children. Do not use the application if you are not legally authorised to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction.

Blockchain services and infrastructure may operate in multiple countries, so your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own.

We may update this privacy policy. The latest version is published at the public URL where it is hosted, with the update date shown above.
